I have read the Crosswinds Aviation Client Information & Policies and I understand all of the information within the guide; specifically, the Insurance, Rental Agreements, the Aeronautics Code of the State of Michigan and of the airports and Rates of the aircraft on the Crosswinds Aviation Flight line. By signing below, I agree to adhere to all the terms and conditions within the guide and will abide by all the recommended practices and procedures. If I have any questions about anything in the guide I will ask someone on the Crosswinds Aviation Team.
